Three people have been killed in Niagara Falls and New York, by tiny darts dipped in cobra venom. While fleeing the police, the assassin is killed by a car and a strange 8mm film is found in his possession that shows hideously sadistic scenes shot in a jungle setting. The film belongs to Sheila's sister Diana, who has apparently disappeared without a trace. Sheila decides to embark on a journey to find her sister and sets off to New Guinea, where the film was supposedly shot. Upon her arrival, Sheila meets up w ith a mercenary who takes her money and delves deep into cannibal territory to find her sister. They end up facing the cult leader who is ruling the natives and hypnotically controlling Sheila's sister. But where there are cannibals in the vicinity, there is bound to be some action of the gory kind.
