The film follows Fred and Tony, members of an elite 'anti-gand squad' of the Rome police force who are licensed-to-kill, undercover cops that act like gangsters themselves. The two thrive on living dangerously, blow things up for laughs and shoot criminals before they commit the crimes. A gangster wants them out of the picture and has one of their colleagues shot and from there on in Fred and Tony seek revenge and engage in gang warfare. All three of the sisters like the sleazy neighbourhood pimp and he knows it and plays them against each other. The pimp ends up being found dead with his body stuff into the sisters’ washing machine, but when the inspector arrives at the scene the body is gone. The inspector begins trying to figure out who was responsible and what happened to the body but is eventually drawn into the sisters’ bizarre sex games.
