MAN HUNTER, THE (DVD) Franco, Jess While on a job in South America, and beautiful model is kidnapped by a ruthless gang of thugs. They take the girl deep into the Amazon jungle to live amongst the savage tribe who live in fear of the "The Devil", an insane native beast of a man. A word is put out that they are keeping the girl hostage for a large ransom, but in the meantime she must endure some horrible situations while being guarded by the satanic giant. It all up to a hunter, who sets off deep into the jungle to try and track down the tribe, slay The Devil, and rescue the helpless girl. Jess Franco directs this rare jungle-horror flick and fills it with his staples of sleaze, nudity and gore. Uncut from Japan. 1980

MANHUNT (DVD) Di Leo, Fernando A small time pimp is marked for execution by the mafia for supposedly stealing their heroin shipment that was enroute from Milan to New York. Unable to prove his innocence, the framed man is viciously pursued by the New York boss' hit men (Henry Silva and Woody Strode). The dreaded organization mistakenly underestimates their prey though, as he has launched his own hunt and makes his bloody one-man commando assault on the organization's fortified headquarters. There he must face his predatory accusers and the double-dealing truth behind his frame-up. Plenty of violence and sleaze can be found in this crime feature directed by Fernando Di Leo. 1972
